Said aliens use a specific dialect of Fringe Speak, much akin to the Bikar Speak and it is quite the iconic thing in this universe. My readers will literally hang me by the toes if I dare deny them their weirdly talking baddies and the relentless in their desire to deathslap said baddies Terran space bikars :D
